Grievance Procedure:
Informal Resolution: Clients are encouraged to discuss concerns directly with staff or a program representative.
Formal Complaint: If unresolved, a written grievance should be submitted to [email protected] or mailed to 4262 Blue Diamond Rd #102-423, Las Vegas Nevada 89139.
Review & Response: The complaint will be reviewed by the appropriate staff or committee within 14 business days, and a written response will be provided.
Appeal Process: If the client is unsatisfied with the resolution, an appeal may be submitted to the Executive Director or Board of Directors for further review.
All grievances will be handled with confidentiality and without retaliation against the complainant.
